Nirvana Eco-Resort
Nestled in the lush hills of Panchgani, Nirvana Eco Resort is a sustainable luxury retreat designed to immerse guests in nature without compromising comfort. Featuring an infinity pool that overlooks panoramic valleys, the resort blends vernacular architecture with eco-conscious materials and passive cooling strategies. The masterplan was carefully developed to preserve natural contours and minimize ecological disruption. Proximity to scenic trekking trails enhances the experience, while the project’s integration with the local community has generated employment and fostered regional growth—all while leaving the surrounding ecosystem untouched.
Shivtirtha Farmhouse
Situated in the historically rich landscape of Karad, this 6-BHK estate represents a reverse-urbanization retreat for a prominent Pune-based family. The design narrative is rooted in the owner’s distinct vision: to cultivate the ecosystem before constructing the residence. Before a single brick was laid, the surrounding acreage was developed into a thriving agrarian landscape featuring lush banana plantations, vibrant marigold fields, and towering sugarcane stalks. The home now sits not merely on the land, but nestled within a mature, productive ecosystem, offering views of the distant Sahyadri foothills.

Cradled between the misty hills of Tamhini Ghat and the gentle flow of a riverside, Megh Malhar Resort is a serene hideaway designed to celebrate the rhythms of nature. The architecture draws inspiration from traditional mountain homes, using exposed stone, wood, and large open verandahs to frame sweeping valley and water views. Thoughtfully nestled into the contours of the land, the resort offers a sensory retreat—where the sound of flowing water and the scent of rain-soaked earth create an atmosphere of pure calm. Megh Malhar is both an escape and a return—to nature, to quiet, and to oneself.

Tucked away amidst expansive farmlands in Shirur, Aranyagiri Resort offers a serene escape from urban life—perfect for a quiet weekend retreat. The design embraces a rustic-modern aesthetic, with earthy textures, open courtyards, and locally sourced materials that echo the simplicity of rural living. Surrounded by fields and open skies, the resort creates an intimate connection with nature while offering cozy, thoughtfully designed spaces for rest and rejuvenation. Its minimal footprint and contextual architecture reflect a deep respect for the landscape and local way of life.
Club Solaris
Located in the quiet, leafy residential enclave of Mayur Colony, Club Solaris (Solaris Sports World) serves as a multi-level vertical fitness hub designed to maximize recreational utility within an urban footprint. The architecture is defined by its functionalist zoning, featuring a robust concrete framework that supports wide-span structures for the indoor badminton courts and a dedicated cardio and weight-training floor encased in glazing to harvest natural light. The complex is anchored by its outdoor zones, including a semi-olympic swimming pool and hard-court tennis facilities, creating a dynamic interplay of blue and green spaces against the built form.

The building features a robust, industrial-chic aesthetic. The facade utilizes a combination of exposed brick masonry and structural steel glazing, giving it a raw, warehouse-inspired look that pays homage to the brand’s rock-and-roll heritage. This is softened by vertical green walls and planter boxes—a signature “Archi Green” touch—that allow the structure to breathe and merge with the surrounding greenery of Koregaon Park.

Rising as a prominent addition to the Ravet skyline, this residential tower exemplifies a modern contemporary aesthetic that prioritizes verticality and clean geometric lines. Archi Green Design Studio has crafted a façade that balances mass and void, creating a structure that feels both grounded and aspirational. The design language speaks to a “smart living” philosophy, integrating urban residential requirements with visual elegance suitable for the developing Ravet micro-market.
The building features a sophisticated color palette of pristine whites and cool greys, punctuated by warm, wood-finish accents. The structure is visually divided into vertical bays.
Calistara
Perched amidst the dense biodiversity of Gaganbavda’s forested hills, Dclouds Resort is a tranquil getaway that weaves together spirituality, history, and ecological harmony. Designed to complement its verdant surroundings, the architecture embraces natural materials like laterite stone and reclaimed wood, ensuring minimal environmental impact. The resort serves as a peaceful base for pilgrims visiting sacred sites such as Gagangiri Maharaj Math and Palasambe Mandir, while offering immersive experiences in local flora and fauna. With its understated elegance and eco-conscious planning, Dclouds offers a deep connection to nature and heritage.
Krishna Ayushman
The most defining feature of the façade is the series of vertical, wood-finish louvers (fins). These serve a dual purpose: aesthetically, they break the horizontal monotony of the floor slabs, adding a warm, organic texture to the exterior. Functionally, they act as privacy screens and shading devices—crucial for mitigating Patna’s harsh sun while allowing ventilation.
The design utilizes a sophisticated interplay of “solid and void.” The deep grey horizontal bands on the balcony parapets contrast sharply with the lighter cream/beige superstructure. This layering effect reduces the visual bulk of the building, making it appear lighter and more dynamic.

Rudransh - Cascat Realty
Designed by Archi Green Design Studio, this six -story residential tower embodies a modern approach to urban living where nature is an integral part of the architecture, rather than an afterthought. The building’s design philosophy is immediately apparent in its “living facade.”
The most striking feature is the systematic integration of greenery across the entire height of the building. Wooden-textured planter boxes are built into the facade beneath almost every window, overflowing with lush plants. Against the backdrop of alternating grey and cream textured walls, these green elements create a vibrant, breathing skin that softens the urban form and reinforces the studio’s “Green” identity.
The tower rests on a stilt parking level, ensuring functional utility. Visually, the base is anchored by a distinct band featuring an intricate, decorative jali (perforated screen) pattern sitting atop a brick-textured plinth. This detailed screening provides visual interest at the pedestrian level while screening the service areas.
